Carmel has been home to my family and me for more than 30 years, specifically in the Home Place area. I have built meaningful relationships, created lasting memories, and developed a strong sense of hometown pride.
After attending Carmel Clay Schools, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Financial Management and a master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainability from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. I also earned a Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. As a first generation college graduate, I understand grit, hard work, and overcoming challenges in order to reach my goals.
I currently serve as a Senior Environmental Manager for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. I am committed to protecting the environment we all share and that future generations will inherit.
I volunteer in our community for several civic and animal welfare organizations, and in my free time, I enjoy playing euchre and expressing my creativity through crafts. My partner Zach and I live with our two cats, Oliver and Oscar, and our dog, Houston.
I am running to serve the City of Carmel because I am passionate about public service and helping others. I am committed to being an active listener and leading with empathy, kindness, and an open mind. I’m excited to meet neighbors, listen to concerns, and work hard to serve the people of Carmel’s South Central District.
